House Cleaner

Prestige Sparkle Cleaning Company is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Independent House Cleaners (1099 Contractors) to partner with us for recurring residential cleaning jobs. This role involves providing exceptional cleaning services for homeowners, apartments, condos, and duplexes—ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our clients. The ideal contractor has professional cleaning experience, strong communication, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Experience in janitorial, custodial, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is highly valued.

Pay

• $25–$30 per hour (depending on experience)
• Opportunity for recurring weekly/biweekly clients
• Scheduling based on your availability (local travel required)

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
• Execute floor care tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and basic carpet care to maintain high standards of cleanliness
• Handle sanitation procedures to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met
• Maintain cleanliness of surfaces, appliances, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning agents and techniques
• Follow a checklist/service standards to ensure consistent quality
• Take clear before-and-after photos of completed work (as required) for quality assurance and client documentation
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring their satisfaction
• Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or damage
• Communicate promptly regarding schedule changes, job updates, and client notes

Requirements

• Proven experience in residential cleaning, janitorial work, or related fields such as hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment
• Reliable transportation to reach various client locations
• Must have your own cleaning supplies and equipment
• Insurance preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check if required

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
