Intermediate Architect

We are seeking a full time Intermediate Architect/Designer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Designer to develop projects
• Research and analyze building codes
• Conduct site analyses
• Research materials, finishes and furnishings
• Prepare and develop presentation materials
• Support the development and production of design, specifications and working drawings
• Provide support for Construction Administration Phase services
• Attend meetings and prepare minutes
• Provide support on feasibility and concept study reports, as well as programming documents
• Coordinate with engineering consultants

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in an architectural office
• Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a project team
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiar with local building codes
• Healthcare experience or interest in healthcare projects is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
