About the Role
The Executive Assistant will support one of the Co-Founders/Co-CEOs, serving as a trusted partner and operational backbone for the executive office. We're looking for a strategic, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-moving, founder-led environments. This role goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities — it's an opportunity to act as a thought partner, helping the CEO stay focused on priorities, streamline operations, and maintain alignment across the leadership team. You'll work cross-functionally with marketing, go-to-market, and operations leaders to help the executive office run efficiently and drive execution on company-wide initiatives. This position is onsite five days a week in San Francisco.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Co-CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day execution.
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics across multiple time zones.
- Anticipate needs, prepare meeting materials and agendas, and ensure the CEO is always equipped and informed.
- Coordinate communications across teams and serve as the bridge between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Support company operations, team events, and special projects as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all matters.
- Stay flexible and responsive — adjusting priorities and assisting beyond standard hours when business needs require.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in high-growth startups or tech-driven environments.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, and ability to stay composed under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, dynamic teams.
- A collaborative approach with the ability to anticipate needs and take ownership of outcomes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting a founder, CEO, or executive in a scaling company (Series A–C).
- Familiarity with CRM or productivity tools (e.g., Asana, Notion, Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Interest in or exposure to the healthtech or SaaS sector.
Pay range and compensation package
Competitive salary range of $130,000–$160,000/year base, depending on experience. Equity participation. Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k). Unlimited PTO, wellness and learning stipends, and catered meals.
