Junior Software Developer

We're a small, growing software development agency based in Seattle, Washington, and we're on the lookout for a Junior Software Developer to join our team. This is a flexible, remote position that can be part-time or full-time, but we do require you to be based in the U.S.

If you're just starting out in your software development career and want to learn and grow, this could be the perfect fit for you. You don't need to be an expert yet—just a solid understanding of programming basics is what we're looking for. If you've worked on personal projects or have previous coding experience, that counts too You'll be working directly with our CEO and senior engineers, and we'll be there every step of the way to help you grow.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with both web and backend development tasks.
• Contribute to real-world projects by developing new features and improving existing code.
• Get weekly mentorship and feedback to help you progress.
• Work closely with senior engineers in a supportive, remote environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Basic programming skills (personal projects, coursework, or internships all count).
• Clear communication and the ability to collaborate well with a team.
• A strong desire to learn quickly and take on new challenges.
• Interest in web or backend development.
• Experience with React, Python, , or similar technologies is a plus, but not required.

Compensation:

• $18–25/hr, depending on experience.
• Flexible hours with room for pay increases as you grow.
