• High-caliber candidates for CTO and CMO finalizing decisions and expected to join
• Signed LOI with Best Buy including other homebuyer oriented reward partners and growing partner interest
• You will define the entire visual identity, UX structure, and user motivation system of the Beta launch

• Current team of 20 staff (growing more) with marketing, BD, and software departments

The Role

We are hiring two Senior Front End Developers with clearly defined ownership areas. Each role owns distinct parts of the product, allowing parallel execution without overlap.

You will work closely with designers, the Founder, and the Head of Product to ship a polished public Beta.

What You Will Build (Each role has separate roles to be delineated)

Depending on fit and preference, you will own one of the following areas:

• Core Experience and Learning Flows

• Learning modules and onboarding flows

• Progression UI including levels, XP, and milestones

• Core component library and layout systems

• Clean, calm interfaces designed for adult users

or

Engagement and Rewards Experience

• Nest Coins UI and balances

• Rewards and partner redemption flows

• Micro-interactions, animations, and feedback loops

• Engagement mechanics that reinforce momentum

Both roles collaborate on standards, accessibility, and performance,
but do not co-own the same
features. You each have clear responsibilities laid out.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain front-end features for the public Beta

• Translate Figma designs into high-quality production UI

• Iterate quickly based on product direction and feedback

• Ensure responsive, accessible, and performant interfaces

• Partner closely with designers to refine interactions

• Work asynchronously in a remote-first environment

• Collaborate with backend and AI teams without owning backend architecture

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level experience shipping real consumer products

• Strong React experience or equivalent modern framework

• Excellent judgment around UX quality and interaction design

• Comfort working closely with designers and product leaders

• Ability to move fast without sacrificing polish

• Experience with gamified UI, engagement systems, or consumer apps is a plus

• Comfortable in early-stage, ambiguous environments

• Remote-first mindset

This is a builder role. There are no people-management expectations.
