IWS Sales is looking for a dedicated professional to join our growing team and help deliver premium painting and finishings across a variety of high-end projects. We're looking for a well-rounded individual who can take a project from bare metal to a cut and polished show-quality finish.

At IWS Sales, we specialize in luxury motorhomes, luxury trailers, and one-of-a-kind hot rods. As our business continues to expand, we're seeking a talented painter who takes pride in precision, color, and quality—and thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment.

What We Offer:

Job Details:

• Perform bodywork, including dent repair, panel shaping, and filler application
• Sanding, masking, and prep to ensure a perfect canvas for paint
• Repair and refinish luxury motorhomes
• Repair and refinish trailers
• Apply custom paint finishes with hot rods, including metallics, pearls, and multi-stage coatings
• Industrial painting
• Inspect finished work for quality, consistency, and precision

Qualifications:

• Great attitude, to work with a team of highly motivated individuals with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong skill set un automotive finish.
• Strong skill set in sheet metal and body work
• Understanding of modern automotive finishes
• Paint manufacturer's certifications are a bonus
• Welding and fabrication skills are not required but are a bonus
• Minimum of 5 years painting experience

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand 95% of the work day
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must be able to squat, walk, kneel 75% of the work day
• Must be able to crawl underneath vehicles and perform work
