Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement behavior analysis programs to support our customers' goals and objectives
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans to address behavioral challenges
- Provide training and support to our staff to ensure effective implementation of behavioral programs
- Collaborate with our management team to develop and evaluate program effectiveness
- Maintain accurate records and reports of program implementation and customer progress
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in behavior analysis
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in behavior analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
