Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement behavior analysis programs to support our customers' goals and objectives
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans to address behavioral challenges
  • Provide training and support to our staff to ensure effective implementation of behavioral programs
  • Collaborate with our management team to develop and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of program implementation and customer progress
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in behavior analysis

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in behavior analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
