Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and order in residential or commercial spaces, ensuring a high standard of sanitation and comfort for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong cleaning skills, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in various cleaning environments such as hotels, offices, or private homes. Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning as needed
• Ensure all sanitation standards are met to promote a safe and healthy environment
• Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs courteously and professionally
• Follow established cleaning protocols for different environments including hotels, offices, or private residences
• Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans or move-in/move-out services

Experience

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning settings
• Skills in carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and general housekeeping management are highly desirable
• Experience with laundry operations and housekeeper management is a plus
• Nice-to-have skills include cooking and additional hospitality-related tasks that enhance guest satisfaction
• Candidates with experience in customer service roles will excel in providing a positive client experience
• Prior exposure to hotel or hospitality environments is advantageous but not required
