As a Psychologist at Sagent Behavioral Health, formerly known as (Ellie Mental Health/ Nystrom & Associates), you will provide psychological evaluations and/or psychotherapy to patients. You'll do this by drawing upon your training and experience to meet the client where they're at.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychological evaluations to patients within the psychologist's scope of competence
  • Provide outpatient psychotherapy to patients within the psychologist's scope of competence
  • Designs and implements treatment plans and ongoing therapy reflective of patient needs
  • If interested/needed, provide clinical supervision to master's or doctorate level providers
  • Maintain legible and organized outpatient records in accordance with policy requirements
  • Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings including case and peer reviews
  • Responsible for timely completion of Managed Care applications and ongoing documentation as needed

Requirements:

  • Doctoral degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Licensed Psychologist in Minnesota (LP) or pursuing LP licensure
  • Must be comfortable working with children, adolescents, and/or adults
  • Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems.

Pay Range

  • Post Doctoral: $70,000 - $75,000
  • Licensed Psychologist: $95,000 - $125,000

  • Actual compensation may be determined by various factors such as licensure, experience, skillset, internal equity, schedule and/or location. Estimates are factored on a 1.0 FTE.
