POSITION SUMMARY: Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
Overall responsibility for the development and facilitation of training programs to Princess House's Sales Field and Leaders through a variety of training vehicles.Develops, with the National Sales Director, the sales training strategies to ensure the successful achievement of key business goals and initiatives.Develops "Train the Trainer" Programs that can be duplicated by successful senior Leaders throughout the Field Organization.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The incumbent may be required to perform all or a combination of the following essential functions as determined by business necessity:
Develops and facilitates training programs that support the growth and development of Princess House Consultants and Organizers as they work to grow their independent businesses.
Train new and existing Consultants and Organizers with a focus on maximizing the Princess House Compensation Plan, programs, promotions, recruiting, sponsoring, selling, career promotions and leadership skill development.
Uses the "Train the Trainer" method to bring a variety of training topics to our Sales Field Leadership, that will qualify them to duplicate the training programs throughout their downline organization.
Collaborate with the Region Sales Managers, home office team, and key Field Leaders to ensure that training gaps are identified, and training solutions are created to assist with the growth and development of Consultants and Organizers within their territories.
Develops and delivers live and virtual training courses, materials, and solutions. The training focus includes, but not limited to, Product Knowledge, Princess House Policies and Compliance, Business Trends in selling and recruiting, leveraging social media for selling and recruiting and how to use the Princess House back-end system (Consultants' Corner) to manage their businesses.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Marketing on social media testimonial development, Achieve Magazine content, and communication initiatives.
- Work in partnership with the other Field Trainers and Talent Developer with Product Development on Ambassador Programs and Social Media Council initiatives.
- Support Event Production with speaker coaching and leadership representation at events.
- Be the liaison with the Legal Department regarding all Princess House Policies and Compliance monitoring for Consultants and Organizers.

LEVEL OF SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Under general direction, works from policies and general objectives with little functional guidance. Rarely refers specific cases to supervisor unless clarification or interpretation of organization policies is involved. Must be well organized and possess the ability to work quickly through multiple priorities. Requires the ability to work to work well in a fast-paced environment with the agility to adjust tactics as needed and possess the ability to manage across multiple projects simultaneously.
EDUCATION, TRAINING and/or EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Instructional Design or related field is required. Solid work experience in instructional design, development, and delivery of training. A minimum of three (3) years of direct selling experience within a multilevel compensation plan company is required. Experience with online learning development, with Learning Management System expertise a bonus.
TECHNICAL SKILLS, CERTIFICATES, and/or LICENSES:
Articulate and concise communicator, with proven presentation and coaching skills.Expert experience with a personal computer is required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required, skilled in PPT. Bonus would be experience with social media training.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Full proficiency in both the Spanish and English language is required (spoken and written)
, as well as a knowledge and understanding of the Hispanic culture. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals and professional journals. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, training materials and procedure manuals in both languages. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public. Incumbent must be comfortable speaking in public, have confidence on stage and in large groups, as well as in the virtual environment, and be comfortable working with diverse groups (age, ethnicity, etc.).

ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS and/or PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
A minimum of 25% travel time is required
. Ability to travel both domestically and internationally on an as-needed basis.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY (If Applicable):
This position has no direct supervisory responsibility but will indirectly supervise the development and performance of members of the Sales Field.
