Position Overview

We're seeking a driven and relationship-focused Consultative Sales Representative to join our Business Development team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for outbound prospecting, consultative selling, and territory growth. You'll be the face of in your market—building trust, educating clients, and driving revenue through meaningful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Referral Partner Engagement

  • Build and nurture relationships with insurance adjusters, contractors, property managers, and other referral sources.
  • Conduct in-person and virtual meetings to understand client needs and offer tailored restoration solutions.
  • Represent at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Outbound Prospecting & Appointment Setting

  • Make daily outbound calls and emails to generate new business.
  • Maintain a consistent outreach cadence to build a strong pipeline.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments with key decision-makers.

Sales Strategy & Goal Achievement

  • Execute territory plans aligned with company growth targets.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including calls, appointments, new referrals, and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts.

Consultative Selling & Value Communication

  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover client pain points.
  • Present services with a focus on value, reliability, and differentiation.
  • Educate clients on restoration processes and outcomes.

Collaboration & Internal Communication

  • Work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Share client feedback and market insights to support continuous improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings, training, and performance reviews.

Reporting & CRM Management

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status in CRM.
  • Provide regular updates on progress toward goals and strategic opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in restoration, insurance, or related industries.
  • Proven success in outbound prospecting and appointment setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60, $150,000.00 per year
