Infant Teacher

Hermitage Hills Grow U is hiring We are a faith-based preschool program looking for a full-time Infant Teacher to join our team We have an amazing work environment and are excited to have a new team member join us

Duties
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool students
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in young children
- Use effective behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior in the classroom
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and identify areas for improvement
- Communicate with parents/guardians about their child's development and any concerns or achievements

Qualifications
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
- Proficient in classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies
- Familiarity with toddler care routines, including diapering, feeding, and naptime procedures
