Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and expand our customer base through warm calling techniques.
  • Engage with prospects via telemarketing, leveraging CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions and update lead information accurately.
  • Qualify inbound inquiries and identify potential B2B sales opportunities by assessing client needs and matching solutions accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted outreach strategies that align with overall business development goals.
  • Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team to facilitate smooth handoffs and maximize conversion rates.
  • Maintain detailed records of all lead interactions, follow-ups, and status updates within CRM platforms to ensure seamless pipeline management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development roles with a focus on B2B sales.
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho CRM is a plus)
  • Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales processes is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively, including warm calling techniques.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building.
