This position is an important member of our dermatology team, supporting our providers (physicians, nurse practitioner, physician assistants) by offering top notch care in a patient-centered environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to meet our patients' every need is a must.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Manage patient check-in and check-out processes
• Verify insurance information and process payments
• Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy
• Assist with medical billing and insurance claims
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Maintain patient, employee and clinic confidentiality
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• EHR systems: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
