Job Summary

The Performance Coordinator contributes to organizational performance efforts through data interpretation, report preparation, and process evaluation. This role performs non-manual, analytical work that supports decision-making and operational improvements across teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Gather and input email engagement data for performance tracking.
• Organize documentation to support process audits and workflow reviews.
• Help prepare basic data summaries for internal team use.
• Format and maintain promotional analysis templates and reports.
• Log and organize web traffic data into reports.
• Collect information for team-led case study initiatives.
• Duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• 4 Year Degree
• 0-2 Years Work Experience
• Input data with Excel, Sheets
• Maintain docs in Confluence, Docs
• Assist tracking in HubSpot, Analytics
• Monitor tasks using Asana, Trello
• Follow directions and spot basic trends
• Enter and organize data accurately
• Communicate clearly with team members
• Complete tasks on assigned schedule
