Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
• Perform routine maintenance to optimize system efficiency and longevity
• Troubleshoot defective equipment and implement effective solutions
• Conduct system inspections to ensure compliance with safety and performance standards
• Educate customers on system operation and maintenance best practices
• Respond promptly to emergency service calls and warranty repairs

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or in a related role
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with local building codes and industry regulations
• EPA certification preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and handle heavy equipment in various work environments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
