Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Document Processor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, processing, and maintaining various documents with precision and efficiency. This role requires strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred to support diverse client needs. The Document Processor will play a vital role in ensuring accurate records management, data entry, and document preparation to support organizational operations and project management activities.

Responsibilities

  • Review, process, and organize a variety of documents using Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, SharePoint, and Project.
  • Maintain accurate records and manage databases to ensure data integrity and easy retrieval.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal teams and clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline document workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Support project management activities by updating schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating documentation through Microsoft Project or other tools.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards for filing, records management, and document security.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to internal requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in procurement processes and negotiate terms when necessary.
  • Demonstrate leadership in managing multiple priorities while adhering to deadlines through effective time management.
  • Communicate clearly across departments using strong written and verbal skills in both English and French when applicable.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, SharePoint, and Project.
  • Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data accurately.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in filing and records management.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills; bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly desirable.
  • Previous administrative experience preferred; familiarity with databases and computer systems such as Windows is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with excellent time management skills.
  • Experience in project management or procurement is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $27.90 per hour
