Join our fast-paced fulfillment center in Kansas City, Missouri, as an Order Picker! This role is essential for accurately and efficiently gathering items for customer orders. You will be responsible for navigating the warehouse, locating products using RF scanners or pick lists, and ensuring the correct items and quantities are selected. Accuracy and speed are critical to customer satisfaction. We are committed to a safe working environment, and all team members must strictly follow **Safety** protocols and wear appropriate **PPE**. This position requires physical agility and the ability to perform **Lifting** of items. As an Order Picker, you are a key contributor to our **Logistics** operations, ensuring timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from designated warehouse locations according to order tickets.
- Utilize RF scanners and other technology to track picks and inventory.
- Verify picked items and quantities for accuracy before staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other lifting devices as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all **Safety** procedures and guidelines.
- Wear all necessary **PPE**.
- Perform **Lifting** of items up to 35 lbs.
- Support **Logistics** operations by meeting productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in order picking or a warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and RF scanner data.
- Capability of **Lifting** moderate weights.
- Understanding of warehouse **Logistics** and **Safety** best practices.
- Commitment to wearing **PPE**.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
