Role Overview We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Processing, Sales & Operations Manager to take ownership of our day-to-day commercial and operational workflows. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, coordinating people, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will manage the full customer and order lifecycle — from enquiry and sales support through to fulfilment, aftercare, and continuous improvement. The role offers a clear pathway into a senior operations or commercial management position as the business grows. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for inbound customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and online sales channels Respond confidently to customer queries, qualifying enquiries and supporting conversions Provide guidance on product selection, compatibility, and order options (training provided) Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty claims efficiently and professionally Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution of outstanding issues Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling during customer interactions Order Processing & Operational Workflow Ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently through internal systems Monitor order status, flag delays or errors, and take ownership of resolution Maintain accurate records across CRM, order management, and inventory systems Support and manage e-commerce operations across website and marketplace platforms (e.g. Amazon, eBay) Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, imagery, and descriptions Ensure consistency of messaging and product information across all channels Monitor customer feedback and reviews to identify service or process improvements Cross-Team Coordination Act as the central coordination point between sales, fulfilment, suppliers, carriers, and customers Liaise with warehouse and delivery partners to confirm stock availability and resolve shipment issues Ensure clear communication between departments so nothing falls through the cracks Process Improvement & Business Support Document, refine, and improve operational and customer service processes Create and maintain SOPs, training materials, and workflow documentation Identify inefficiencies and suggest smarter, more scalable ways of working Support the rollout of new systems, tools, and technologies Gather customer feedback to inform service, product, and operational decisions Required Skills & Experience Experience in operations, production, customer service, sales support, or office/operations management Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail Confident handling multiple workflows simultaneously Proven ability to document processes and improve efficiency Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with systems, data entry, and reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Experience with e-commerce platforms, CRM, or order management systems is advantageous Leadership or training experience is highly valued Personal Attributes Takes ownership and accountability Calm, resilient, and solutions-focused under pressure Enjoys creating structure and improving systems Customer-focused with strong commercial awareness Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-growing environment Positive team player with a growth mindset What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience £26,000-£30,000 depending on experience Modern, friendly working environment Pension Plan Clear progression path with regular performance reviews Training and development opportunities Opportunity to play a key role in scaling a growing business
