shipping of samples and the compilation of testing results./liliReport any food safety and housekeeping issues to the Quality Manager./liliAssist plant employees to troubleshoot quality issues and provides necessary information./liliAudit and document packaging lines, including Metal Detection, Weight Control, Label Verification, etc./liliAudit and document retention (shelf) samples./liliManage customer and vendor product sample inventory./liliInvestigate and research information analyze for accuracy and include in quality system procedures, parameter sheets and documents./liliAssist Quality Manager in maintaining all aspects of GMPs and HACCP Programs./liliInteract with receiving, production, packaging, and warehouse staff./liliAssist in routine lab activities./liliPerform other task as assigned by leadership to support the lab and plant/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliFood Science or related science degree required./liliMinimum of 2 years experience in a food manufacturing environment
direct experience in monitoring product quality and safety/liliHigh level of computer proficiency required
