We are looking for energetic Picker/Packers to join our dynamic team in Boise, Idaho. This role is essential for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be responsible for locating specific items within our warehouse, carefully packaging them, and preparing them for shipment. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work efficiently, and physical stamina. We offer a fast-paced and collaborative work environment with a strong focus on Safety. Join our logistics family and be a critical component of our fulfillment process. As a Picker/Packer, your main duties will involve using RF scanners or pick lists to gather products from shelves and then meticulously packing them to ensure they arrive at their destination in perfect condition. You will also be responsible for generating shipping labels and ensuring all order details are correct before dispatch. This role is key to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within our logistics network. We provide thorough training on our systems and warehouse layout. Teamwork and communication are highly valued. You will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times and be prepared for considerable Lifting throughout your shift. Upholding Safety standards is a top priority.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on orders.
- Verify product information and quantities.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Generate and affix shipping labels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Adhere to all company Safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Meet daily performance targets for picking and packing.
