Join our dynamic fulfillment center in Columbus, Ohio, as a Fulfillment Associate! This role is key to ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently, making it a vital part of our logistics chain. Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
- Process incoming inventory, including receiving, stocking, and put-away.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets and ensure smooth logistics operations.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or inventory discrepancies.
- Follow all work instructions and procedures carefully.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Must be able to handle regular Lifting of up to 35 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of basic warehouse Safety principles.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
