We are seeking an energetic Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art facility in Sacramento, California. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be instrumental in managing the entire order fulfillment process, from receiving inventory to accurately picking and packing orders for our valued customers. This role is a cornerstone of our logistics operations, demanding precision and a dedication to customer satisfaction. You will contribute to the seamless flow of goods, ensuring that our clients receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and accurately process incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Process returns and exchanges efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including order pickers and pallet jacks.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding Safety and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment or a similar warehouse role is highly desirable. Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks and possess the ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. A strong understanding of Safety procedures within a logistics environment is essential. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting are crucial. Candidates with experience in order picking technologies are encouraged to apply.
