You will be responsible for conducting physical counts, reconciling discrepancies, and updating inventory records in our system. A keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to upholding our high standards of Safety are essential. You will work closely with warehouse staff to ensure proper stock rotation and identify any damaged or expired goods. Adherence to company policies, including the consistent use of PPE such as safety vests and gloves, is mandatory. This role may involve some Lifting and requires the ability to work efficiently in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is reliable, thorough, and possesses excellent data entry skills. Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Reconcile inventory discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
- Update inventory levels and product locations in the WMS.
- Investigate and resolve inventory-related issues.
- Monitor stock levels and identify items for reordering.
- Assist in managing stock rotation (e.g., FIFO - First-In, First-Out).
- Identify and report damaged or expired inventory.
- Maintain accurate and organized inventory records.
- Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies.
