We are looking for a reliable Distribution Center Associate to join our growing team in Boise, Idaho! This role is integral to our logistics operations, involving a range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order picking, packing, and shipping. You will play a key part in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. Safety is our highest priority, and we require all associates to follow established safety protocols diligently and utilize all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires the ability to handle frequent physical activity, including consistent Lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Stock merchandise into appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Accurately pick items for customer orders.
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and company policies, including the use of PPE.

Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to PPE guidelines.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
