While this role is primarily administrative, some physical tasks may be involved, including lifting packages up to 30 lbs. - Prepare outgoing shipments, including packing and labeling.
- Verify shipment contents against orders and shipping documentation.
- Generate shipping labels and necessary paperwork.
- Schedule and coordinate pickups with shipping carriers.
- Maintain accurate shipping records.
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and use required PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping or logistics is preferred.
- Proficiency with shipping software and carrier platforms.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.
