We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our bustling facility in New York City, New York. As a Warehouse Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. You will work with a team to ensure that operations run smoothly and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. A strong commitment to safety is essential; you must follow all company policies, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe lifting techniques. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to work in a dynamic environment, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for accurately tracking inventory movements and assisting with inventory counts. The ability to operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment is beneficial. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies, including PPE usage.
- Perform tasks involving manual lifting and moving of goods.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
- Support the overall logistics and supply chain functions of the warehouse.
