We are seeking motivated individuals to join us as Distribution Center Associates in Fort Worth, Texas. This multifaceted role involves various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against documentation.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations accurately.
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Pack orders carefully to ensure product protection during transit.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is advantageous.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Capacity for lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task completion.
- Familiarity with basic logistics concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards and using all required PPE.
