Your primary responsibility will be to accurately pick items from various warehouse locations based on digital or paper pick lists, ensuring that the correct products and quantities are selected. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, directly impacting customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our supply chain. You will navigate the warehouse environment, often utilizing scanning technology to confirm selections and update inventory. Collaboration with other team members, including forklift operators and shipping personnel, is key to maintaining a seamless workflow. A steadfast commitment to **Safety** standards and the mandatory use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is expected at all times. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to perform **Lifting** tasks regularly, and a keen eye for detail to minimize errors. We value individuals who are reliable, proactive, and possess a strong work ethic. Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting is advantageous. You will be an integral part of our **Logistics** team, contributing to the successful and timely fulfillment of orders. Your responsibilities will encompass: precise picking of items, verifying order accuracy, staging picked goods for subsequent processing, maintaining the tidiness and organization of your picking area, and assisting with general warehouse upkeep.
