We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to accurately fulfill customer orders by picking items from our warehouse and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves according to order tickets or scanner output.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring products are protected for shipping.
- Verify picked items against order details to maintain accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Wear all required PPE, such as safety vests, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
- Meet daily productivity goals for picking and packing.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.
- Follow instructions and work cooperably with team members.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse environment is beneficial.
- Ability to stand for long hours and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Good work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Willingness to comply with all PPE requirements.
