We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our growing logistics team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role is integral to our daily operations, involving a wide range of warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory accurately.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations using appropriate equipment.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate various types of warehouse equipment safely.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds consistently and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Solid understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining a safe work environment.
