Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials.
- Transport materials to designated storage areas using pallet jacks, dollies, or other equipment.
- Organize and maintain inventory in a neat and accessible manner.
- Prepare materials for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular checks of materials to ensure quality and condition.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with stocktaking and inventory management.
- Support the overall logistics workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks.
- Demonstrated ability for heavy lifting, up to 50 pounds, on a regular basis.
- Experience with material handling equipment is a plus.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory procedures.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all company guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and follow instructions.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Familiarity with PPE requirements in a warehouse setting.
