Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and stock inventory appropriately.
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using scanning equipment.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, including labeling and staging.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Operate various warehouse equipment as needed and trained.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and other operational tasks as directed.
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods, and perform bending and stooping.
- Requires the ability to handle lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Basic math and reading skills for order fulfillment.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center is advantageous.
- Commitment to safety practices and the correct use of PPE is essential.
