Join our vibrant fulfillment center in Virginia Beach, Virginia, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking motivated individuals to manage various aspects of order processing, from receiving and put-away to picking, packing, and shipping. This role is crucial to our **Logistics** and e-commerce operations, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. You will work in a dynamic environment, utilizing technology and adhering to **Safety** best practices. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and put away incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and speed.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing transit, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanning devices safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and **Safety** guidelines.
- Participate in inventory control activities like cycle counting.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Wear all required PPE consistently.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or **Logistics** role is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret order instructions and product labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Capable of Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Commitment to workplace **Safety**.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
