Seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk for our Durham, North Carolina facility. This position plays a vital role in our logistics department, ensuring all outgoing shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities include preparing shipping documents, coordinating with carriers, tracking shipments, and verifying outgoing merchandise against orders. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience with shipping software, and a thorough understanding of shipping regulations and procedures. You will be responsible for maintaining organized shipping records, communicating with internal departments regarding shipment status, and ensuring that all packages are correctly labeled and prepared for dispatch. Accuracy and timeliness are key to this role, as it directly impacts our supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction. We expect all team members to prioritize Safety in their daily tasks, utilizing all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhering to strict warehouse safety guidelines.
