This role is fundamental to our operations, focusing on efficient order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and preparing goods for shipment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for shipment.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counting.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Contribute to a positive and safe team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Capability of lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Commitment to safety and operational efficiency.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
