Our growing **Logistics** company is looking for energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This is a hands-on role where you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. You will be responsible for handling goods with care, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Stage orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Conduct regular checks of inventory to ensure accuracy.
- Adhere to all **Safety** guidelines and company policies.
- Properly use **PPE** when required.
- Assist with **Lifting** and moving heavy objects.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve warehouse goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform **Lifting** duties.
- Familiarity with **Logistics** and warehouse operations.
- Understanding of **Safety** procedures and **PPE**.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
