Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock inventory in designated locations using appropriate equipment.
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer requirements and specifications.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (certification may be required or provided).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and participate in stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts and help achieve operational goals for our logistics network.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions immediately to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable.
- Must be able to perform physical labor, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety best practices and the correct use of PPE.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
