Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Transport materials to and from storage areas, production areas, or shipping docks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Organize and stack materials in designated locations.
- Conduct routine inspections of material handling equipment.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse.
- Ensure compliance with all **safety** regulations and **PPE** requirements.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations and **logistics**.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Material Handler or in a similar role.
- Certified forklift operator preferred.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 75 lbs).
- Strong understanding of warehouse **safety** procedures.
- Familiarity with **logistics** principles.
- Proficiency in using **PPE**.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform tasks involving frequent **lifting**.
