Responsibilities:
- Unload incoming shipments and verify order accuracy.
- Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick items according to order specifications accurately.
- Pack products securely for safe transit.
- Assist with loading outbound shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Contribute to efficient logistics by adhering to established workflows.
- Report any workplace hazards or equipment issues to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Dependability and punctuality are essential.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and PPE guidelines.
