Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Stage products for outgoing deliveries.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Follow established logistics and operational workflows.
- Employ safe lifting techniques at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including frequent lifting and standing.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Awareness of general warehouse safety practices.
