Our growing logistics company is looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, contributing to the efficient flow of goods. Your responsibilities will include receiving and unloading shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. This position demands physical stamina, an ability to follow instructions precisely, and a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Stock and organize inventory on shelves and in designated storage areas.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Load outgoing shipments onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Operate pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including the use of appropriate PPE.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Practice safe lifting techniques for all materials.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Good communication skills.
- Team player mentality.
- Understanding of basic logistics operations.
- Awareness of warehouse safety protocols.
