office. What will you be doing?
As a Direct Sales Executive for XEIAD, part of BES Group Infrastructure, you will be responsible for managing and converting inbound sales opportunities into successful orders, ensuring timely engagement with prospects and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You Will
Capture and manage leads from multiple channels including website enquiries, inbound emails, phone calls, and client portals. Qualify leads, assess viability, and present at Go/No Go meetings. Support preparation and submission of quotations, assist with tender opportunities, and follow up to maximise conversion rates. Maintain accurate CRM records and track progress through the sales pipeline. Engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships. Experience in a relevant Direct Sales position, preferably in an engineering environment. Commercial awareness and understanding of sales processes. Experience of managing multiple sales channels and prioritising workloads Knowledge of public procurement tendering processes Familiarity with lead management and qualification processes Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Effective communication and organisational skills. Level 2 qualification in Maths and English (minimum grade C or above). Level 3 qualification in a relevant STEM subject e.g. Maths, Physics, Engineering related subject (desirable) We want you to be you
