divh2Outside Sales Representative/h2pThe Outside Sales Representative is responsible for general and specific tasks related to the effective opening, execution and closing of the end-to-end sales cycle processes through the development of sales strategies. This position requires relationship building, cold calling, product presentation, selling, researching, strategy development, and reporting./ppEssential duties and responsibilities include:/pulliPartners with Inside Sales to ensure account retention through seamless customer support, resource orchestration, and order fulfillment troubleshooting/liliProfitably grows sales to achieve yearly sales goals as a sales consultant for current core industries and emerging industries and markets/liliProspects new accounts, works to retain existing accounts, and increases opportunities with existing customers/liliDemonstrates breadth and depth of product knowledge to position and map Wurth Industry offerings to align with the customers business objectives and initiatives/liliMaintains and builds customer relationships to become a trusted consultative advisor who ensures retention, growth and client satisfaction/liliProvides a full representation of the Wurth Industry product offerings./liliCompletes regular sales call plans and records results/liliCreates sales goals and tracks sales through reporting, while planning and implementing sales strategies as necessary/liliMaintains accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups using CRM software./liliStays up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions./liliCollaborates with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery./liliAttends industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand business opportunities./liliAll other duties as assigned./li/ulpEducation, qualifications, skills, and abilities include:/pulliBachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field./lili3-5 years of outside sales experience, or any equivalent combination of education and relevant experience/liliProven experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field./liliExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills./liliStrong ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships./liliSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently./liliAbility to travel within assigned territory./liliProficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite./liliA valid drivers license and reliable transportation./li/ulpBase pay range: Base + Commission, Company Car
Cell phone/ppPay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and, in some instances, may include education, skills, work experience and certifications. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive bonus.
