Business Development Manager
to drive sales growth, identify new market opportunities, and strengthen partnerships in the solar PV industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, purpose-led company making a difference in renewable energy. You must be based in the UK and have proven B2B sales experience. Full and clean drivers license required. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK and globally Build and manage relationships with distributors, installers, and key clients Drive sales of UKSOL solar modules and associated products Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Represent UKSOL at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events Develop and implement effective sales strategies Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation and brand promotion Report regularly on sales pipeline, targets, and market feedback Key Skills & Experience: Proven track record in business development or sales (solar or renewable energy sector preferred) Ethical approach selling. Ability to build strong long term partnerships built on trust.
