Brooke Radiology Associates is a physician-owned outpatient medical imaging practice with multiple clinic locations in the Lower Mainland. We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to support the day-to-day administrative and operational needs of the practice.
This role works closely with department and site supervisors and reports to the Chief Operating Officer (COO). Supervisors manage most routine issues independently; this role provides support, coordination, and escalation when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations across multiple clinic sites
- Work closely with department heads and site supervisors to resolve operational issues
- Serve as a resource for escalated issues when supervisors require support
- Manage accounts payable and monitor outgoing expenses
- Prepare financial information and liaise with external accountants
- Work closely with the Payroll Manager to support payroll-related processes
- Provide HR support to supervisors and department heads (documentation, policies, performance processes)
- Assist with patient complaints when escalation beyond department heads is required
- Liaise with vendors, landlords, and service providers
- Document and maintain operational processes and procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in operations management, office management, or healthcare administration
- Experience in a healthcare or clinical environment strongly preferred
- Solid bookkeeping experience
- Working knowledge of HR practices and employment processes
- Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail
- Calm, practical, and solutions-oriented approach
- Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 per year, depending on experience
