Full Time Security Guard

Location: Winnipeg, MB, Canada

Schedule: Full-time shifts available including nights, days, evenings, and weekends (varies by location)

We're hiring dependable and professional Full-Time Security Guards to support a variety of sites across Winnipeg. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with the public, providing strong customer service, and helping maintain a safe and secure environment. Training will be provided.

• Monitor and maintain safety on-site by remaining alert and visible
• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with the public
• Support site operations by following post orders and security procedures
• Respond professionally to incidents and escalate concerns as needed
• Maintain a calm and respectful approach during challenging situations

• Available for full-time shifts, including nights, days, evenings, and weekends
• At least 1 year of experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Comfortable working with the public
• Willing to complete training (training provided)

Nice to Have

• Valid Manitoba Security Guard License
• One year Security experience
• Able to attend 3–5 days of unpaid training during business hours on weekdays
• Available to work Full Time
