Ideal salary range:
$74 to $82 per hour on Inc.

Contract term:
February 1, 2026 to an anticipated end date of March 31, 2026
("Initial Term"),
with an option to extend for up to two (2) additional three (3)-month terms
("Extension Term").

All proposed Consultants must be available to start by February 1, 2026.

Project Description:
Ecosystem of 22 microservices that support critical functions, such as data ingestion, search, reporting, and email delivery. Currently, testing across these services is inconsistent and largely manual, creating risk during deployments and slowing delivery cycles. To address this, need to implement a robust, automated testing framework that ensures reliability, scalability, and confidence.

Mandatory Qualification:

Successful completion of a minimum of two (2) projects within the last 5 years from the Issue Date that achieved 70% or higher automated test coverage across critical workflows. Will have to provide examples.

Experience Needed:

• Experience providing automated testing services for complex, layered systems or microservices architectures;
• Experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines;
• Experience developing and maintaining automated test suites, including unit, integration, regression, and smoke tests; and
• Experience using industry-standard test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
