You will be responsible for analysing customer and transactional data to drive insight, measure loyalty performance, and inform the optimisation of the loyalty proposition. The role supports data-led decision making across the loyalty teams, helping to improve customer engagement, retention and lifetime value.
What you’ll be doing:
Analyse loyalty member behaviour, engagement, spend and redemption patterns
Measure performance of loyalty mechanics, promotions and personalised offers
Design experiments (A/B testing) and use advanced analytics to measure the true incremental impact of marketing campaigns.
Deliver campaign and proposition analysis, including incremental uplift and ROI
Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking key loyalty KPIs
Develop customer segmentation and cohort analysis to support targeting and personalisation
Transform complex customer data into clear narratives that help the Marketing team make "data-first" decisions.
Support data quality, governance and consistency across loyalty data sources
About you We’re looking for someone who not only knows data but is also passionate about using that data to understand the "why" behind human behavior. You can take a complex machine learning output and explain it simply to a non technical audience.
Key skill will include:
Strong experience analysing large customer or transactional datasets
Advanced SQL and Excel skills
Experience with BI and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
Understanding of loyalty schemes, CRM, promotions or retail analytics
Experience with A/B testing, segmentation and performance measurement
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
Commercially minded with a customer-centric approach
Confident communicator able to influence non-technical stakeholders
Curious, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Able to prioritise and manage multiple requests
