Full Time Responsibilities Attend on-site meetings with merchants booked by the SDR team; demo Flatpay solutions and close contracts ( ~75% of signings ) Generate your own pipeline through referrals and cold canvassing ( ~25% of signings ) Present tailored solutions that address specific merchant needs and secure deals Deliver and install terminals to newly signed merchants and ensure smooth onboarding Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system Uphold ethical selling standards and champion customer satisfaction post-sale Provide feedback and insights to SDR, marketing, and product teams to strengthen go-to-market execution Commission:
Uncapped – exceeding sales targets increases earnings proportionally Transportation:

Proven field sales experience (any industry) Highly motivated with a strong drive to identify opportunities and close sales Excellent face-to-face communication, negotiation, and objection handling Self-starter, resilient, and motivated by commission and results Organised and disciplined with territory planning and pipeline forecasting Comfortable working independently while collaborating with SDR and operations teams Background
Field sales experience is preferred Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is mandatory Ability to travel daily within your assigned territory (mileage reimbursed; no car allowance) About Us
